Toukoul is an Ethiopian restaurant, bar and cultural house in central Brussels that has been open since 2012. It serves shared Ethiopian dishes on injera made from teff. It also hosts live concerts, coffee ceremonies and cultural evenings, and takes private daytime bookings during the week.
