Mahider is an Ethiopian market and restaurant on State Street in Salt Lake City run by Sleshi and Fikera Tadesse. The market opened in 2008 and sells injera made daily, teff flour, berbere and mitmita blends, kibe, shiro and Ethiopian coffee. The family opened the restaurant next door in 2011, serving dishes such as kitfo, tibs and vegetarian combinations, with takeout, delivery and catering.
