Balinjera is a kosher Ethiopian restaurant in the Kerem HaTeimanim quarter of Tel Aviv, next to the Carmel Market. Its founder Fanta Prada came to Israel from Ethiopia, and the kitchen draws on Ethiopian Jewish home cooking, with injera baked fresh every day from teff. The menu has doro wot, tibs and many vegan stews, and the restaurant is certified kosher by the Tel Aviv Rabbinate.
