Awash Wine S.C. is Ethiopia’s longest established wine maker, with its office in the Lideta area of Addis Ababa. The company produces brands including Awash, Gouder, Kemila, Axumit, Gebeta and Dankira, which it sells on the domestic market. It describes itself as the market leader in Ethiopian wine and notes wine making ties that go back to the Axumite era.
