Faffa Food is one of Ethiopia’s pioneer food manufacturers, based on Kality Road in the Saris area of Addis Ababa. It makes precooked baby foods, fortified and protein enriched foods, emergency rations, breakfast cereals, cereal bars and bread improver, with brands such as Faffa Premium, Faffamix and Cerifam. The company began more than six decades ago as a joint venture with Sweden and now works as a private food processor.
