Oromia Insurance is an Ethiopian insurance company founded in 2009 with its head office in Addis Ababa. It sells life, general, takaful and micro insurance through 62 branches and two contact offices around the country, as well as agents, brokers and banks. More than 1.6 million farmers own shares in the company through their cooperative unions.
